Open position: Office Assistant
Tecnor delivers dependable technology, networking, and security solutions for businesses. We're growing and looking for a dependable, organized Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly..
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations & tasks
 - Review & organize vendor invoices and purchase orders for accuracy
 - Track quotes, invoices and client documents
 - Greet visitors, answer phones & provide general administrative support
 - Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed
 - Help prepare monthly summaries, trackers, and reports for management
 
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
 - Reliable, professional & friendly demeanor
 - Ability to multitask & manage priorities
 - Good written & verbal communication skills
 - Comfortable using M365 and Google
 - Willingness to learn & adapt in a fast-paced environment
